We focus on the single residential housing in the Parklands area and surrounds.

 

We are busy with a 14 unit development (2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, single garage, garden, braai, patio), targeted for entry level and first time home buyers whose affordability is in this range, as we believe everyone would like their own place to call home

 

We have completed two houses in Dec 2012 in Avonmouth Crescent, Parklands, and have recently completed a R1 350 000 house for a client in Parklands North, moving onto 4 new clients houses in the same area ranging from R900 000 - R1 500 000.
